Data Management
This guide explains how to delete both live UIs and draft UIs in Palpaca.
Step 1: Go to the HubSpot sidebar, click on CRM, and select the object you’re interested in.
Step 2: Once you’ve chosen the object (e.g. Contacts), click on the contact you're interested in.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Palpaca’s homepage.
Deleting a Live UI
Step 4: To delete a live UI, click on the “More” button in the bottom-right corner.
Step 5: From the dropdown menu, select “Delete UI”.
Step 6: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click “Delete” to permanently remove the live UI.
Deleting a Draft UI
Step 4: To delete a draft UI, click on the tab of the draft you want to remove, and click on the "Edit" button.
Step 5: Click the “Discard” button in the top-right corner.
Step 6: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click “Delete UI” to permanently remove the draft UI.
