How to Request Palpaca Support

This article explains how to quickly reach Palpaca support directly from the platform, using the built-in support form.
Step 1: On Palpaca’s homepage, locate the question mark icon in the interface and click it.
Step 2: A support sidebar will appear on the right-hand side.
Step 3: Fill in all the requested information (Full name, topic, issue and attached screenshot).
Step 4: Click the “Send” button. Your support request will be delivered directly to the Palpaca team.
Note: The question mark icon is always located in the same spot across all Palpaca interfaces. This means you can request support at any time, without needing to return to the homepage.
