Overview of the Partner Portal

This article explains what the Partner Portal is, who can access it, and what information is available inside. You'll learn how to review your earnings and payouts, track referred clients, and manage partner-related actions within Palpaca — directly from your agency's HubSpot portal.
The Partner Portal is accessible from the Settings page in Palpaca and is available only to registered partners. It provides an at-a-glance view of your earnings, payouts, and referred clients.
The portal is divided into two main sections: Earnings and Payouts and Referred Clients.
Earnings and Payouts
This section displays a detailed breakdown of your partner earnings and payouts history.
It contains seven columns:
- Quarter → the reporting period
- Commission Rate → the percentage of earnings you receive
- Active Licenses → total amount earned in that quarter
- Total Commission → total amount earned in that quarter
- Payout Status → whether your payout is pending, paid, or in process
- Payout Date → when the payout was issued (if applicable)
- Actions → includes the request payout button
From here you can request a payout by clicking the “Request Payout” button
Referred Clients
This section shows an overview of all clients you have referred who are using Palpaca. It contains five columns:
- Client name → name of the referred customer
- Plan → the subscription plan they are using
- Billing Cycle → frequency of their billing
- Amount Due → the payment amount for their plan
- Object Used → how many objects they have configured in Palpaca
You can also add more referred clients directly from this section by clicking the “Add Client” button.
