Data Management
This article explains how to upgrade your current Palpaca plan to unlock additional features and resources
Step 1: Go to the HubSpot sidebar, click on Data Management, and select Data Integration.
Step 2: Once on the Data Integration page, click on the “Connected Apps” button and search for “Palpaca”.
Step 3: Click on the app name and go to “Settings” and click the “Billing & Plan” tab.
Step 4: Click the green “Upgrade to” button. A new page will open showing all available plans.
Step 5: On the plans pop-up, select the plan you want to upgrade to and click “Upgrade Now”.
Step 6: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process
Step 7: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to the Palpaca home page, where you can start using your new limits and features
